The essential rules for using QuickSaloon fairly and professionally.
Operator details — verification required before commercial launch
QuickSaloon provides the technology that connects salon managers and independent stylists. Each user remains responsible for their professional activity, legal obligations, insurance, licences and tax position.
Users must provide accurate, current information and protect their login details. Salons may only publish spaces they are authorised to offer. Stylists must represent their experience and portfolio truthfully.
A booking request becomes effective only after the salon approves it. Availability must be kept current. Both parties must respect the agreed date, hours, price and included amenities.
Either party may cancel up to 24 hours before the scheduled start. Within the final 24 hours, cancellation is blocked to protect both parties from last-minute disruption, except where mandatory law requires otherwise.
After the salon approves a booking, the stylist can pay through Stripe from My bookings. Sending a booking request does not charge you. Payment status is shown separately from salon approval.
Fraud, harassment, unlawful content, account sharing, platform interference and attempts to bypass security are prohibited. QuickSaloon may restrict or close accounts when needed to protect users or the service.
The service may evolve, be maintained or occasionally become unavailable. These terms may be updated when functionality or legal requirements change; the date above identifies the current version.
